SUMMARY:Exascale-Ready Particle-in-Cell Simulations with PIConGPU, Alpaka,
  Llama and more
DESCRIPTION:Minisymposium\n\nExascale-Ready Particle-in-Cell Simulations w
ith PIConGPU, Alpaka, Llama and more\n\nBussmann\n\nExascale compute capab
ilities are around the corner and particle-in-cell codes are among the mos
t demanding applications profiting from this. We present latest results on
using PIConGPU on some of the top ten HPC systems in the world. With PICo
nGPU being fully portable across compute platforms since 2016 and being th
e first plasma accelerator simulation code to fully utilize GPUs, we will
review the main ingredients to this success and what we think are the most
important next steps. Spoiler alert: Once you are fast, you might want to
look at data production and analysis.\n\nDomain: CS and Math, Physics, En
 gineering
